Beneficiaries

Private owners of trulli, lamie, casedde, pagliare, stone or tuff, dry or not, falling into areas typified in existing urban planning tools, such as agricultural areas and an expression of the identity of the landscape rural, built before the Land and Agrarian Reform in Apulia region and, in any case, built before 1967.

Objectives

Promote the protection and conservation of the traditional Apulian rural architectural heritage through maintenance, recovery, restoration and restructuring of rural building settlement morphotypes typical present in the various landscape areas of Apulia region.

Selection principles

• Localized interventions in protected natural areas and Natura 2000 sites;
• Interventions located in "Rural landscapes" as defined in point 4) of art. 76 of the Technical Standards

• Implementation of the Regional Territorial Landscape Plan of Apulia(PPTR Puglia);

• Interventions that do not alter the original architectural characteristics and the existing volume.

Eligible expenditure

Investments in materials for extraordinary maintenance, restoration, conservative rehabilitation e building renovation of real estate representing minor rural architecture in stone or tuff, a dry and not, an expression of the identity of the rural landscape, such as trulli, lamie, casedde, pagliare. This call allows, if appropriately authorized, only modest extensions for technical rooms and within the maximum limit

20% of the existing volume.

General expenses related to material investments such as design costs, construction management etc. in the maximum limit of 12% of admitted works.

Ordinary maintenance interventions are not eligible for this call.

Extent of support

Capital contribution, commensurate with the costs incurred and duly approved, equal to 50% of the permitted expense.

Extent of financing

The minimum investment limit is equal to € 20,000.00 and the maximum investment limit is equal to 60,000.00 euros.
