Measure 4 supports the restructuring and modernisation of Apulian agricultural holdings. 

The Measure finances investments to increase the local, national and international competitiveness of agricultural enterprises and the processing and marketing activities of the agri-food sector. 

The support also covers structural investments with environmental value and the conservation of biodiversity.
