Beneficiaries
Fundings are open to professionals and consulting firms, if they have:
- qualified and regularly trained staff;
- proven knowledge and operational skills on business competitiveness, resource efficiency and environmental sustainability of activities in rural areas;
- the provision of advice to agricultural and/or forestry holdings in their statutory purposes;
- technical and administrative resources and at least one operational site in the region.

Selection principles
The evaluation of Submeasure 2.1 requires a subdivision into macro-criteria, a minimum eligibility score of 40 and a maximum score of up to 100 points, as defined for:
- type of operations activated, with a maximum score of 100 points, divided in turn into:
- meeting the needs and objectives of the Puglia 2014 - 2020 RDP (minimum 7/max 30 points);
- ability to pursue the objectives set out in points 4. or 5. or 6. of Article 15 of EU Regulation 1305/13 (minimum 14/max 54 points);
- economic convenience (max 16 points.
In this case, the territorial scopes and the beneficiaries do not foresee a relevance in the attribution of the score.
Eligible expenditure
The financing covers the costs incurred for:
- staff remuneration;
- the purchase of support materials, information and multimedia media;
- trips;
- design and organisation;
- overheads;
- insurance, taxes and VAT, where non-recoverable.
Scope of financing
Funding covers 85% of eligible costs, up to a maximum limit of 1,500 euros.
