Beneficiaries
Fundings may be provided by:
- the LAGs selected for the implementation of Local Action Plans;
- local actors;
- the beneficiaries of the concrete actions provided for in the Cooperation Project.
Beneficiaries must submit a project:
- cooperation between connected territories of the Italian State;
- transnational cooperation between EU Member States/third countries;
LAG partners in cooperation projects may be: other LAGs; associations of local public and private partners in a rural and non-rural territory engaged in OSH implementation, within or outside the EU.
Objectives
The sub-measure promotes and supports cooperation between LAGs.
It finances cooperation projects between local action groups with the aim of meeting the needs of the territories involved, aims to improve local development strategies through joint actions with other LAGs or similar partnerships located in Italy, in other EU or non-EU countries.

Eligible expenditure
The eligible expenses are:
- costs of the pre-development phase;
- costs of partner search (travel, local transport, food, accommodation, communication and information, awareness-raising actions, organisation of meetings, feasibility studies, research, acquisition of specific expertise, design);
- costs of the development phase (staff, specific consultations, organisation of and participation in events, fairs, conferences and workshops, development and creation of websites, publications, prints, newsletters, newsletters, production of information material, information campaigns, posters, signs and other advertising material);
- costs for the establishment and day-to-day management of any joint structure, as a pro-rata contribution;
- travel costs;
- costs of translation and interpreting services;
- stationery costs, acquisition of hardware and software, telephone and telematic and electrical services.
Expenditure on pre-development must be within a limit of 2% of the contribution to the cooperation project.
Scope of support
Support will be granted according to the type of intervention applicable.
