Territory 
The Salento di Mezzo is made up of small towns born on an exclusively rural territory. An important characteristic of the territory is its socio-economic and territorial homogeneity: common traditions, recognizable local identity as well as shared needs, expectations and potential. 

Objectives 

• Improving local employment;
• enhancing local resources through the promotion of environmentally, economically and socially sustainable production activities and services for the population and social inclusion; 
• stimulating the development of sustainable tourism.

Financial measures 
Measure 19. 2 Amount of EAFRD: 3 million and 350,000 euro 
Measure 19. 4 Management and animation: 670,000 euros
