Territory
About 95% of the territory is part of the Gargano National Park - AMP Tremiti Islands, in addition to protected areas such as nature reserves of the State, special protection areas (SPAs) and Sites of Community Importance (SCIs).
Objectives
- Ensuring the social and economic development of the territories, through the support to economic and social activities and services linked to the elements of the production, environmental, landscape, social and tourist chains of the single territories;
- increasing employment opportunities and the development of new businesses by encouraging the permanence of the population.
