Beneficiaries

• Training bodies accredited by the Apulia Region; 
• public and private subjects selected and recognized for their skills and experience on the priority themes of the measure and with qualified personnel.

Objectives

The submeasure aims to promote the exchange of knowledge and the strengthening of skills and competences of the subjects; to promote the establishment of relationships, the comparison with different management, organizational and productive solutions and the development of social skills; to enhance the value of farmers as change agents. 

Selection principles 

The assessment of Submeasure 1.3 requires a subdivision into macro-criteria, a minimum eligibility score of 40 and a maximum score of up to 100 points, as defined below:

• type of operations activated, with a maximum score of 100 points, divided in turn into: 
  • quality of the project, in terms of completeness and adequacy of the same with reference to the objectives of the submeasure as well as consistency of the overall educational system (training objectives, training methodologies and organizational choices) (minimum 18 / max 42 points);
  • adequacy and quanti-qualitative consistency of the human resources employed with the objectives of the information activities project (minimum 3/max 7 points);
  • monitoring and verification capacity (in itinere, ex post) (max 5 points);
  • ability to involve suitable agricultural and forestry companies to ensure greater effectiveness of information activities for links with the production realities of the territory (max 20 points);
  • significance of the project impacts in terms of scope, extension, and diffusion on the territory (max 16 points).
  • compliance with at least one of the following themes: protection of the environment, biodiversity, rational and sustainable use of water resources, protection and enhancement of the soil (max 10 points.

In this case, the territorial scopes and the beneficiaries do not foresee a relevance in the attribution of the score.

Eligible expenditure

Eligible costs are:

• Costs of organising exchanges and visits; 
• cost of participants; 
• costs of any educational visits.

Size of budget support

Support will be guaranteed at 100%.
