Objectives

Strengthening the system of defence against biotic and abiotic adversities, respecting the environment and the final consumers. Strengthening the integrated system of agro-meteorological forecasting to prevent situations of risk to production. 

Selection principles

The evaluation of submeasure 4.3 C provides for a subdivision into macro-criteria, a minimum admissible score equal to 30 points and a maximum score that can reach 100 points, thus divided between the types of operations activated:

• type and level of innovation (max 50 points);
• number of agricultural and forestry holdings served (max 30 points);
• served surface (max 20 points).

Territorial scopes and beneficiaries do not foresee any relevance in the attribution of the score in this case.  In the event of an equal number of points, priority will be given to Applications for support which require a lower total investment cost.

Eligible expenditure

The funding covers the costs of building infrastructure on the ground - plants and stations - to collect, analyze and share data with agricultural and forestry companies: 

• investments in materials for the provision of innovative services in the agro-meteorological field; 
• purchasing of equipment and installations; 
• expenditure on intangible investments;

Funding covers 100% of eligible costs
