Territory
The territory of the GAL Murgia Più aggregates six municipalities and covers a total area of 1,237 km2 with a population of about 115 thousand inhabitants. It is characterized by an extraordinary wealth of natural and cultural elements.
Objectives
- Strengthening the attractiveness and infrastructure of tourism;
- iincreasing the development of sustainable forms of tourism;
- stimulating cooperation between local actors by strengthening the non-agricultural business fabric related to tourism;
- improving rural viability;
- restoring and requalify cultural, landscape and natural heritage;
- stimulating the start-up of new agricultural businesses.
